Question

In CDS, Banking Account schema, the standards indicate that a unique ID returned as an accountId is an ASCIIString and may contain any valid ASCII character. The ID must conform to CDS, ID Permanence standards.  

A URI for Get Accounts is constructed from an accountId. Should an Accredited Data Recipient (ADR) URL-encode characters in the constructed URI?

All resource API calls must use valid URLs and must be url encoded. See CDS, URI Structure.
