Question

What is the definition of a Payee?

Does a CDS Payee have to be registered for NPP, or is a Payee any recipient of a Payanybody, Bpay or International Transfer?

Answer

Payees include any saved payees in a customer's address book. This may include BSB and account numbers, not just PayIDs.
