Question

For the bi-annual report period ending 30 June 2021, MUST non-major ADIs include data relating to Consumer Data disclosures in the report?

Answer

Non-major ADIs are not required to include data relating to consumer data sharing for their rule 9.4 report for the 1 January-30 June 2021 reporting period unless they elect to share CDR consumer data before the compliance date. We do not expect test data to be included in these reports.
