Question
Is there a requirement to display details of one-off consents on the Data Holder (DH) consumer consent dashboard?
If so, under which status should the consent details be listed?
Are there CX guidelines available for displaying one-off consents on the DH consumer dashboard?
Answer
The CX Artefacts for DH dashboards are at CX Guidelines, Dashboards.
See Single occasion disclosure for relevant rules and guidelines on once-off consents.
DH dashboards are required to present information on consents as specified in CDR Rules, Main section, Part 1, Division 1.4, Subdivision 1.4.3, 1.15 Consumer dashboard-data holder.
A single occasion disclosure could be listed in one of the following ways:
- As 'Active' if the duration is up to 24 hours (i.e. not 0 or absent) and that time period has not yet elapsed;
- As 'Expired' if the duration is 0, absent, or if duration is up to 24 hours that has elapsed;
The required properties of the authorisation are specified in CDR Rules, Main section, Part 1, Division 1.4, Subdivision 1.4.3, 1.15 Consumer dashboard-data holder, (3)(b),(c), (d) and (e).
These can be displayed using one of the ways described above, and using the 'sharing period' design component, shown in Single occasion disclosure in the wireframes, key requirements and guidelines diagram.
