Maintaining cdr_arrangement_id in amended consent

Is the Data Holder (DH) expected to maintain the existing cdr_arrangement_id received from the Accredited Data Recipient (ADR) after it has successfully amended the consent, by revoking old consent and creating a new consent to represent the amendment?

Yes. The DH should maintain the existing cdr_arrangement_id with the new consent. The purpose of this ID is to provide a continuous identifier to link the extensions to a consumer's consent under their original arrangement.
