The ACCC coordinates the implementation of the CDR in the following ways:

• Develops the CDR rules for each sector in accordance with the Treasury's designation instrument
• Produces the Phasing table that defines the implementation schedule of each CDR sector
• Establishes the accreditation guidelines and accredits organisations wishing to participate in the CDR eco-system
• Manages the development of the CDR Register
• Coordinates the testing and assurance of the CDR eco-system
