Do you have a recommendation for the to use for an ADR's display name in the DH consumer dashboard and consent flow (authentication & authorisation)? Several fields from the registry client metadata might be suitable candidates. For example
client_name might be used.
The CX Guidelines suggest the ADR brand name,
org_name, be used for the authentication flow wherever the ADR is referenced.
CX Guidelines for the authorisation flow note that the rules require DHs to refer to the accredited person's name using the field
legal_entity_name during the authorisation flow. See CDR Rules, Main section, Division 4.4, 4.23, Asking CDR consumer to give authorisation to disclose CDR data or inviting CDR consumer to amend a current authorisation, (1)(a) and (2).
The rules are less prescriptive concerning dashboards, but the CX Guidelines recommend that DHs organise authorisations on dashboards using the ADR's brand name and software product name, which might appear in the
CX standards will be consulted in Q3/Q4 that propose the inclusion of the brand name,
org_name, in the authorisation flow, in addition to
legal_entity_name, and allow the ADR's accreditation number to be included. This is consistent with the knowledge base article ADR data in DH consent dashboards and will help establish greater consistency between the consumer-facing entity, authentication, and dashboards.
