Question

In the BankingScheduledPaymentTo schema, the payeeId description says that if the payeeId is not provided, full payee details should be provided instead.

What are the full payee details required?

Answer

The payeeId is a unique identifier for payee resource adhering to the rules of ID permanence defined in CDS ID permanence.

If payeeId is not supplied, the payee details are otherwise to be expressed as either a domestic, biller or international payee where the toUType is set to the appropriate payee structure:
