Question

Do we need to provide a back button on the DH (Data Holder) dashboard, for procedures like consent amendment?

Answer

Both the authorisation to disclose, and amending authorisation flows, use the prescribed CDR authentication model.

There is no requirement for a DH dashboard back button. A back button is a common and expected feature, however.
