Question
In addition to what is mentioned in the CDR Rules for non-individual accounts, partnerships, nominated representatives and secondary users, are there any other standards or guidelines for non-major ADIs to implement?
Answer
There are optional CX standards to support various authorisation flow scenarios for non-individual, partnership, and secondary user sharing. These focus on situations where the user does not have sharing rights. These provisions can be found in CDS Authorisation Standards.
There are mandatory CX standards that apply to all authorisation withdrawals, including the user types mentioned in the question. There is also a mandatory CX standard that applies to secondary user instruction withdrawal. These can all be found in CDS Withdrawal Standards.
CX Guidelines for these standards can be found here:
- The unavailable accounts section of the authorisation guidelines
- The secondary user instruction withdrawal guidelines in the 'Account Permissions' section
