CX guidelines: Joint Accounts: See who is accessing this data

Guideline 22 in the Change to a less restrictive disclosure option in the CX Guidelines states: 

"Data holders may provide a mechanism for consumers to see a list of authorisations currently sharing data from that joint account."

What should the users expect to see when they click on "see who is accessing this data"?

Answer

Guideline 22 in the Change to a less restrictive disclosure option CX Guidelines is a recommendation and not a CDR requirement.  If and how a DH implements this functionality is at their discretion, but one possibility could be to display a list of authorisations sharing data from the particular joint account. From here, the DH could allow the consumer to click through to view each authorisation in more detail on their consumer dashboard.
