Question

Are all the CDR APIs documented in the Consumer Data Standards (CDS) mandatory for Data Holders (DHs) to implement?

Answer

All CDS APIs are mandatory to be implemented by designated DHs. The CDR rules specify the schedule of obligations to implement the CDS APIs. The schedule is dependent on the DH size and industry. The CDS Future Dated Obligations (FDOs) provide a list of obligation dates.
