Question
For CDR requests received on behalf of customers that have not yet been billed (i.e. new customers), can the Data Holder (DH) respond with a blank array as there is no information that can be provided?
Answer
Yes. For a valid request with the appropriate consent, the response can be a blank array if there is no data to return. It would be a 200 OK HTTP status as the query was completed successfully.
Question
For CDR requests received on behalf of customers that have only been billed a portion of the period being requested, is the DH required to return only the portion that is available?
Answer
Yes. It is acceptable that the DH returns the transactions available within the requested date range with reference to Get Billing for Account.
