For Get Metrics, should timeouts be excluded from the AverageResponse time calculation?

Answer

Timeouts can be excluded from the AverageResponse times in Get Metrics calculations. However, they should still be counted as errors. The recommendation for CDR participants is to minimise timeout occurrences and errors.
