As per CDR Rule 3.2, the latest 24 months of data is considered as required consumer data. Anything beyond 24 months is classed as voluntary consumer data.
Where an Accredited Data Recipient (ADR) invokes Get Billing for Account or Get Invoices for Account and requests data that is more than 24 months old, and the Data Holder (DH) cannot share the data, should the DH:
- Reject the request entirely
- Respond with only the required consumer data
The DH should provide only the required consumer data, up to 24 months from the date of request, with a 200 success response.
