Guidance for energy closed accounts

Calls to Energy APIs may request data on closed accounts. The following table indicates which APIs are in scope for closed accounts, the circumstances in which requested data should be returned, and any special considerations. Note that these are recommendations, not standards or requirements, and that this is guidance only.

Note: For data that is requested for a closed account but is not required, the DH should respond with a 404 Invalid Resource.
