Introduction
You can become a CDR participant by registering as a Data Holder (DH) or by becoming an Accredited Data Recipient (ADR).
The ACCC maintains a CDR register of ADRs and Data Holders.
Registering as a Data Holder
Data Holders are required by law to participate in the Consumer Data Right when their industry sector is designated for the CDR. A Data Holder must register with the ACCC and satisfy a number of requirements.
