Question

Do Data Holders need to support (at a minimum) v2 Product Reference Data (PRD) Application Programming Interface (API’s) from July 2020 to 29 Aug 2020 (i.e. 2 months) to be compliant? 

When do we need to decommission v2 and support v3 Product Reference Data (PRD) Application Programming Interface (API’s)?

Answer

V2 must be supported at least until Feb 2021. No decommission date has been explicitly set for v2 and when one is set it will be after the mandatory date for v3.

If you support v3 from Feb 2021 you can choose to tell data recipients that this is the minimum version you support and you do not support v2.
