What screens are required to be produced for a Data Holder (the Authorisation end points), do these screens need to support both websites and mobile devices?
Answer
The CX research and CX Guidelines use a mobile-first approach to cater to the constraints of smaller screens. The intention is to mitigate the loss of key information and interactions for users of smaller devices while also supporting CDR participants to scale based on the devices they are designing for. CDR implementations are expected to align to the CDR participant’s existing customer experiences, which includes existing device support.
