Question

In the Product Comparator Demo, one of the Data Holders does not return data. Is this issue due to the Data Holder or to a defect in the Product Comparator Demo?

Answer

As far as the Data Standards Body (DSB) is aware the product comparator demo implements the Standards correctly.  However there may be defects as with all software.

If the product comparator demo is not returning information from a specific organisation,  then the DSB assumes it is a problem with that organisation's implementation, unless they raise an issue on the comparator's issue tracker highlighting an issue with the comparator.  The DSB endeavours to address any issues raised.
