In regards to the Consumer Data Standards (CDS) Product View (link to here) we notice that one of the Data Holders is not returning data, is that something that is been taken up with the Data Holder or a potential issue with the tool?
As far as the Data Standards Body (DSB) is aware the comparator tool is implementing the standards correctly. That said, it is quite possible that there are defects as with all software.
If the comparator tool is not returning information from a specific Bank then the DSB assumes it is a problem with the Bank's implementation unless they raise an issue on the comparator's issue tracker highlighting an issue with the comparator. We will endeavour to fix any defects that we are made aware of.
