Definition of a pre-registered payee

Clarification on the definition of a ‘pre-registered payee’ that should be returned from the Get Payees and Get Payee Detail API endpoints.

Is it correct to assume this is limited to payees/billers stored within a customer’s address book? That is, excluding any payees not saved in the address book, including payees where a customer may have made an ad hoc or recurring payment?

It Is correct to assume the payees end points are limited to payees/billers stored within a customer’s address book.

Payee information in scheduled payments that are not explicitly saved for use in multiple payments should be included in the scheduled payment end points as part of the relevant payment but does not need to be included in the Payees end points.
