Does on-boarding cover both accredited data recipients and data holders?

Both data holders and accredited data recipients are required to on-board. A data holder must be registered to start on-boarding. Similarly, a data recipient must be accredited by the ACCC, as the Data Recipient Accreditor, to start on-boarding. The steps for on-boarding are the same for both data holders and accredited data recipients, however the information collected and some of the on-boarding activities may differ slightly. This will be outlined in the Consumer Data Right On-boarding Guide.
