CommonPhoneNumber schema - number field (mandatory)

How does this field vary from fullNumber field?

Can a Data Holder (DH) provide a phone number AS-IS in DH back-end systems without additional formatting?  For context, some scenarios of the types of data that exist in our back-end system within the same field - 0396001234, 96001234, 9600 1234, [phone], [phone], 0401000123 

Answer

No.  Both fields must align with the types and description specified in the standards.
