Question
In reference to Availability Requirements for 'unauthenticated end points', the Consumer Data Standards state that planned outages should be published to data recipients with at least one week lead time for normal outages.
Does this apply to the 'Get Products' API for Australian Deposit-taking Institutions (ADIs) if they are not Data Holders of consumer data yet (i.e. non-registered ADIs)?
Answer
This availability requirement does apply. However, as the Get Outages API is not required to be published, there is no mechanism to provide the notice.
