Notifying non-registered data recipients of a planned outage

In reference to Availability Requirements for 'unauthenticated end points', the Consumer Data Standards state that planned outages should be published to data recipients with at least one week lead time for normal outages.

If the Availability Requirements is applicable to non-registered ADIs, can you provide an example of how to publish this outage notification to data recipients?

There is currently no mechanism specified for this scenario. If the Consumer Data Right Register wishes to review this, they may do so and publish further advice and guidelines.
