Summary

Malformed resource URI preventing ADR to access the DH APIs.

Details

When constructing a URI for a call to a DH Banking API, the ADR’s system failed to account for the URI path components specified in the Consumer Data Standards and thus created a malformed URI which did not actually exist on the DH's implementation. This resulted in a 404 error response from the DH.

Impact	Unable to gather consumer data and poor consumer experience.
Workaround	The ADR implemented a fix which took into account the correct URI path of components to resolve the issue.
