Summary

ADRs experienced bad requests and unstable responses to the DHs Common API endpoints. The Issue was observed with all the common API’s, Get Status and Get Outages.

Details

Every second call to either the Get Status or Get Outages endpoints were responding with 400 bad request.

While investigating the root cause, it was found that manual testing of the endpoint included an erroneous request query parameter from the ADR. When the query was altered to remove the parameter, no further errors were received by the ADR from the DH endpoint.

Impact	ADR on every second call unable to get a response from the Get Status or Get Outages API.
Workaround	None
