As the Consumer Data Right regime expands through existing and future sectors, it is important to keep up to date with the most current version of the Consumer Data Right Rules.
The best place for any interested party to start is the Federal Register of Legislation however locating the correct and current version of the Legislation can be difficult, the easiest method is to search 'consumer data right' in the Search box and view the results. However, determining which version is current and which are superseded is important. An example of what the latest version should look like:

You can note, under each entry there is a 'Latest' or 'Superseded' in italics, outlining the currency of each article:
If you were to select or were referred to a 'superseded' version, you would note the following status in the Title Area:
There are two ways to get to the Latest 'In Force' version of the Consumer Data Right Rules:
- Select "go to latest" in the top right hand corner (see below)
- Select "view series" and return to the list of entries, choose the entry with "Latest" listed beneath it:
