Question

Does a ADR or DH arrangement revocation must be processed prior to returning 204 response to the caller?

Or

Does a ADR or DH arrangement revocation can be processed after returning 204 response?

Answer

The Standards do not specify the order of action although it is implied that revocation will occur synchronously.  However, it would be highly problematic if the actual revocation occurred at a later time using a batch or any other asynchronous mechanism.
