Summary
During the consent flow, consumers experience various errors when redirected to Data Holders (DHs) for authentication and authorisation. Errors were displayed to the consumer in a number of scenarios including:
- Consumer entering their DH customer ID on the DH authentication page
- Consumer entering the One-Time Password (OTP) on the DH authentication page
- Redirecting the consumer to the DH authorisation page
- Consumer cancelling the consent flow during DH authorisation
These incidents resulted in the consumer being unable to complete the consent flow until the root cause of the error was identified and fixed by the DH.
Some of these issues were fixed by a DH firewall optimisation.
