Summary
The consent status was not updated in the DH Dashboard when consent was revoked from DH Dashboard or ADR Dashboard resulting in mismatch in the consent status for the consumer in both DH and ADR dashboards.
- Consumer withdrew consent via the DH’s Dashboard but ADR did not receive a call to the revocation endpoint. As a result, consent in DH Dashboard was shown as withdrawn whereas in the ADR Dashboard it was still shown as active.
- Consumer withdrew consent via the DH’s Dashboard and ADR received a call to the revocation endpoint. As a result data sharing stops but the DH’s Dashboard is not updated when consent is cancelled.
The incidents were fixed by DHs resulting in both the DH and ADR Consent details displaying correctly and matched to the consumers expectation.
