In Internet Banking, our members can choose nicknames for their accounts. On the Data Holder (DH) accounts available/unavailable consent screen, can we add the nickname that the member has chosen for their account to this screen? For example:
Yes. We encourage this approach to align with how consumers identify their accounts.
The nickname is returned to the Accredited Data Recipient (ADR) via the Get Accounts API response in the
nickname field of the BankingAccount schema. Referring to accounts using their nicknames in the account selection step helps establish consistency here too.
