What are the mandatory test phases for non-major banks?

Please confirm the list of mandatory test phases for non-major banks obliged to commence consumer data sharing in Mid-2021?  It was announced in the CDR Implementation Call on 8 October 2020 during the Conformance Test Suite Presentation that Industry Testing is no longer included.

Appendix B of the ACCC's On-boarding Guide contains general information designed to assist participants with their testing activities for participation in the CDR ecosystem. However, participants are responsible for ensuring their solutions meet all ecosystem requirements, including undertaking testing activities to ensure quality and conformance to the Consumer Data Standards and CDR Rules.
