When will the updated CX Standards and guidelines be released with changes from version 2 rules amending consent?

Answer

For CX Standards arising from v2 rules, and expected timing, see Noting Paper 157. CX Guidelines will accompany these items.

CX Guidelines for ADR-side amending consent flows are planned for Q1/Q2, as noted in the Kanban board. The Kanban does not provide an exhaustive list of all CX Guidelines being developed. Additional scenarios and variations will be catered to in CX artefacts releases.
