How will I know if there is a planned or unplanned outage of the Conformance Test Suite (CTS)?
For a planned outage, notifications will be sent in advance of a scheduled maintenance window.
For unplanned outages, notifications will be sent at the time the ACCC identifies either a CTS or an ecosystem-wide outage. Further communications will then be provided when updates are available.
The notifications will be sent to each participants’ primary business contact via email from the CDRTechnicalOperations mailbox. If you would like to add additional recipients to outage email notifications please inform the ACCC by emailing CDRTechnicalOperations@accc.gov.au.
