PRD reporting period and obligations

Do data holders need to report on the calls made to the PRD endpoints once made available in production for the reporting period OR only report once a data holder has become a registered data holder via the accreditation and onboarding processes?

Answer

A data holder’s reporting obligations under rule 9.4 commence from the date they begin sharing PRD (i.e. from the date they make their PRD endpoints available publicly).
