[ARCHIVE] Obtaining accountId for Get Account Detail API

Question

On receiving authorisation by the customer, the Accredited Data Recipient (ADR) calls the Data Holder (DH)  Get Account Detail API with the Request URI GET /banking/accounts/{accountId} for disclosure of data. The ADR supplies an accountId in acco rdance with the ID Permanence standards.

How does the ADR obtain the accountId required for the Get Account Details API request?

Answer

The ADR first calls the Get Accounts API to get the list of accounts associated with the consumer's consent. The accountId is a response field in the BankingAccount object.
