Telco Product API Query

I would like to know for Get Telco Products API the following

1) how is effective and updated-since work together. Lets say if i give effective as "FUTURE" then it should all the products whose effectiveFrom and effectiveTo values should be in future (beyond todays date) and the updated-since value should be greater than given value ?

2) If brand is given as invalid value not present with the DH then we expect that we should return the 400 bad request error (Invalid field) with appropriate error response.

  Hi Sheeja Soby, on (1) this was discussed during banking implementation here: https://github.com/ConsumerDataStandardsAustralia/standards-maintenance/issues/106. On (2) previous guidance has been that the result would be a blank set of results although the consideration for an error is a good one.
