A Consultation Paper describes the DSB perspective, actions and procedures related to a particular topic. While feedback is welcome, a Consultation Paper is not part of a formal consultation. Formal consultation takes place through Consultation Draft documents.
Consultation Papers are published as issues in the CDS standards repository.
To find Consultation Paper issues, open the standards repository issues tab and search for "Consultation Paper".
The Consultation Paper details are provided as an attachment to the issue.
To respond to a Consultation Paper, post a comment on the corresponding issue.
The Consultation Paper issue specifies a date on which feedback closes. This date does not indicate that feedback posted after the closing date is ignored. Feedback can be posted at any time.
To refer to a Consultation Paper, use the Consultation Paper ID number in the title. This is the same as the issue number.
