Introduction

Reporting requirements for Data Holders and Accredited Data Recipients are specified in the CDR Rules, Part 9, Division 9.3 - Reporting, record keeping and audit.

Reporting of metrics for availability, performance, and other non-functional requirements is discussed in Performance, accessibility, traffic limits - non-functional requirements.
