UserInfo for Nominated Representatives

Question

The OAuth UserInfo API deals mostly with the individual consumer use case.

For a business account user consenting to share business account information for which they are a nominated representative, should the User Info represent the business account or the nominated representative?

Answer

The UserInfo API response relates to the authenticated end-user. For individual consumers, this is currently the consumer. For non-individual consumers (or business accounts as mentioned in the question) this is the nominated representative.
