displayName field in Get Concessions response

According to the Consumer Data Standard (CDS), for Get Concessions API, is it mandatory to populate  displayName field with a concession or a rebate name?

Answer

The value for displayName  in the Get Concessions response is at the discretion of the Data Holder (DH). It is intended to provide a meaningful name that the consumer can understand.  For example, it could be the name of the concession or a rebate. The name should follow the logic of the DH's existing online channels.
