Introduction
The Data Standards Body consults regularly with participants in the design and development of the Consumer Data Standards and Consumer Experience.
The weekly CDR implementation call provides an accessible forum for participants to raise questions, and provides updates on the CDR and standards changes. These meetings offer an opportunity to better understand how to interpret and implement the rules, CX and standards.
These calls are co-facilitated with the ACCC to ensure that all participants have access to Subject Matter Expert support across all aspects of the CDR.
How to Join
The Implementation Call takes place every Thursday from 3pm to 4:30pm, unless otherwise notified. See the DSB Calendar for dates and times.

How to Submit Questions
Participants are invited to submit questions ahead of time via:
- CDR Support Portal - support@cdr-support.zendesk.com
You can submit questions in the conference call using the chat function. If there is time remaining at the end of the call the floor opens for adhoc questions.
