Introduction

The following notes are gathered from Subject Matter Expert guidance and answers to participant questions.

No caching requirements

The standards do not prescribe any minimum caching requirements. The Data Holder (DH) may implement a short-term cache for network efficiency or optimising performance. The cache be non-persistent and short-lived. Cached data cannot used for purposes in alignment with the rules.
