If the CASHBACK_OFFER feature is related only to opening an account as a one-off, then it can be included in public product endpoints pre-instantiated. However, if it was a feature that was relevant to any usage of the ongoing account, like spending for example, then it should be included in the Get Account Detail endpoint for the instantiated account.
