Managing your CDR Support Portal Tickets Follow

Below are some tips for accessing and managing your CDR Support Portal Tickets.

 

Viewing your tickets

You can easily access all your CDR Support Portal Tickets from the CDR Support Portal page.

Start with logging into the CDR Support Portal

Go to My Activities from the profile menu in the top right hand corner

From the My Activities page you can view all your CDR Support Portal tickets

Selecting the CDR Support Portal tickets will open those up to be managed
