Correcting Energy data

DER data is collected and maintained by the customer's local Network Service Provider (NSP) or the distributor, who in turn provides it to the AEMO. For correcting AEMO-held DER data, the retailer is expected to provide information on how the consumer can contact their distributor to have data corrected. The distributor is the contact for correcting, as they are the source of the DER data.

Data correction procedures related to CDR energy data are available in OAICs Privacy Safeguard 13, specifically safeguard 13.38. 

Correcting Banking Data

Any correction requests, including erroneous or missing data, should be lodged with the Data Holder bank.
