The following questions relate to Accredited Data Recipients (ADRs) that do not have a Software Product.
Question
What values should the Data Holder (DH) expect for data_recipient_brand_ID
and software_product_ID
fields when they call the ADR API on the CDR Register.
Answer
DHs should expect empty arrays for data_recipient_brand_ID
and software_product_ID
fields.
Question
Which ADR APIs are impacted?
Answer
Only the Get Data Recipients API is affected.
Question
What is the impact on the Dynamic Client Registration (DCR) of the ADRs?
Answer
None. There is no impact on the Dynamic Client Registration (DCR) of the ADRs.
Question
What is expected to change in responses from the CDR Register to the ADR?
Answer
The arrays for data_recipient_brand_ID
and software_product_ID
fields may be empty. The Consumer Data Standards (CDS) imply that this is possible, hence any software solutions built in accordance with the CDS must be tolerant to this.
Question
What is expected to change in the requests and responses from ADRs to DHs?
Answer
Nothing. It is only the calls from the DH to the CDR Register that are affected.
