Question
Often customers have two or more home loan accounts for the same security (property). For example part of the loan may be fixed rate and another part is variable rate. Those parts of the loan are treated as separate products with separate home loan accounts.
Most home loan fees are charged per security, not for each individual home loan account, while some fees are charged per loan account.
An example is the discharge fee for a home loan for which a customer has two loan accounts. The discharge fee applies to the security, so is paid only once, not once for each loan account.
How can the BankingAccountDetail Fees object handle this complex fee structure?
